A Discussion with Vaughn Williams, senior athletics director for administration, Boston College
Listen as Vaughn Williams shares his experience as an athletic administrator who promotes servant leadership among student-athletes by helping them develop an attitude and practice of service to others. After working as assistant athletic director of operations and facilities at Boston College from 1998-2004, Williams served as athletic director at Kennesaw State University for six years before returning to Boston College in 2017. He was selected as the 2016-17 Under Armour Athletics Director of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics for his work at Kennesaw State.

Sterling Brown and Williams were colleagues at Kennesaw State from 2011-17. Brown will share principles, stories, and experiences as they relate to servant leadership and its potential for impact.
